Haulover Beach Park: Miami’s Pride

Situated between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intercoastal Waterway, Haulover Beach Park in Miami is a 1.5 mile-stretch of unspoiled white sand beaches, open sea surf and sand dunes that are stunningly landscaped.

This gorgeous beach is deemed as one of the USA’s best nude beaches. This is because, not like most North American beaches, Haulover isn’t concealed in one far-flung corner.  You can actually see the high rise buildings of Miami from the beach. But similar with other public beaches, any kind of lewd behaviour isn’t permitted.

Aside from its popularity due to its liberated attitude on swimwear, this beach is best for surfing and body boarding. Also, you can enjoy the fine-grain pure white sands which are somewhat uncommon for an Atlantic beach coast.

This famous beach is best for swimming and surfing. It also offers a full-service port, kite shops, sundries shops, tennis courts and charter-fishing tours.  You can also play your favorite sport like volleyball or just simply have a tan under the sun.

The people are usually friendly and pleasant so you should not be surprised when a stranger says hello.  You’ll find vacationers from overseas and even those who come from across the USA.
